How to bulk Disconnect All Plots from Plot Templates

  • This video shows how you can "Disconnect All Plots" from a template in one go. 
  • You can also disconnect plots individual by viewing the plot and clicking the Cog icon.

Key Steps

Step 1: Log In to the Dashboard 0:00

  • Login to the Dashboard .

  • Click on the Plot Type button

  • Search and click on the Plot Template you wish to disconnect.

 

Step 2: Access Plot Types 0:13

  • Go to the 'Connected Plots' tab.
  • Review the list of all plots currently connected to the selected template.

 

Step 5: Disconnect All Plots 0:21

  • Click on the 'Disconnect All' button to initiate the disconnection process.

  • Confirm the action by clicking 'OK' when prompted.

 

Step 6: Manage Individual Plots 0:32

  • Once disconnected, you can manage each plot individually.

  • Tag appliances or make necessary adjustments as needed.

Cautionary Notes

  • Once plots are disconnected you can no longer make bulk updates to CGIs, floorplans, floor and rooms. Check before disconnecting that no further bulk updates are required before "Disconnecting All"

  • Use the search function effectively to find plots without scrolling through the entire list.
