Key Steps
Step 1: Access the FAQ Section 0:00

Navigate to the Aftercare menu.

Select the FAQs option.
Step 2: Enter FAQ Details 0:12

Input the question you want to address.

Provide a clear and concise answer.

Click 'Next' to proceed.
Step 3: Categorize the FAQ 0:12

Choose a relevant category for your FAQ.

If necessary, select the "Create Category" button at the top of the page to add a new category.
Step 4: Link the FAQ to Sites 0:29

Select the relevant sites to link your FAQ.

Options include individual sites, units, or select all.
Step 5: Create the FAQ 0:41

Click 'Create FAQ' to finalise and save your new FAQ.
