Objective
To outline the steps to create plots using an existing house type template in the system, ensuring efficient management of customer journeys.
Key Steps
Step 1: Access Plot Types 0:00

Click on the Plot Types button on the dashboard.

Search for the desired plot template you wish to reuse.
Step 2: Create New Plots 0:12

Click on Create Plot.

Confirm the number of plots you want to create.

Select the appropriate site. If the site is not displayed, use the Add to New Site button to connect the template to the desired location.
Step 3: Enter Plot Details 0:28

Click on Next.

Enter the plot numbers for the new plots.

Click on Create Plots to generate them.
Step 4: Verify Created Plots 0:30

Close the window after plots are created.

Navigate to the Development section.

Under Project Plots, verify that the new plots have been created and are visible.
Step 5: Manage Customer Journeys 0:30

Click into the newly created plots to start managing the customer journeys.
